Do I need a website?
In 2004 maybe the answer would have been no. In 2012, the answer is an absolute YES! 44% of all healthcare related searches are for a doctor or healthcare professional. So we know people are looking for you online, now all you need to do is get in front of them!
How long does the process of web design take before I'm online?
We work on about a 4-6 week timeframe from firstly discussing your goals and guidelines for your website through to going live.
What pages do I need in my website?
You need a variety of pages in your website, ranging from an ‘About Us’ page to a ‘Blog’ page. It all depends on what you wish to achieve from your website. Take a look at our blog entry named “10 key elements to a great healthcare website”. This is a great introductory guide as to what works in a healthcare website.
What content should be included in my website?
Content should be clear and concise. Patients are coming to your website for certain information. If you’re not sure what to put into your website, we can help you with copywriting.
How much will my website cost?
We pride ourselves on being the best value for money of any healthcare web design company in Australia. We have 3 different packages to offer you with 3 different price points for each. For your peace of mind we do not take full payment until you are 100% satisfied with your website. Please contact us for a quote.
What if my website goes down on the weekend?
When you sign up with Healthsite you will be assigned a client manager. They will be contactable 7 days a week. Most problems can be fixed within a few hours. If it cannot be fixed immediately they will do their best to have your issue resolved as soon as possible.
Will you help our practice get up and running with our website?
Yes, of course! We offer 14 day post-live support to help you understand how your website works and how your Content Management System (CMS) works. You will have chosen your Hosting & Support Package, so after the 14 days this will kick in and you’ll be off and running!
How much do you charge for website alterations if we are unable to do them?
Our top 2 Hosting & Support Packages include 2-4 hours of Healthsite time per month. If you require more than this our charge is $100 per hour, with a minimum of 1 hour charge.
Will I be able to edit my website on my own?

Absolutely. We hand over the keys to your website at sign-off. You will receive your website Administration username and password. When you log in you will see how easy it is to make changes to your website. If you’re not too keen on updating things yourself, we can take care of it for you.
