Your new patients can now register their details without being in the clinic. The information captured is imported straight into the practice management software and is also emailed to a designated address of the clinics choosing. The Patient Registration forms can be added to your clinic website, app or even a QR code if the clinic is accepting in-person appointments.

😀 Contactless Check In
There are now 3 ways for your patients to check in for their appointments. Checking in by scanning a QR code at your front door is proving hugely popular, and in-line with existing Government regulated check in standards. We also offer an iPad and stand option to ensure that patients can check in a socially distant way, or remotely through our Clinic App.

All 3 options import directly into your Practice Management Software. You also have the option to mandate the patient to also add in their Medicare Number.

The Post Consultation Resource page is sent to your patients after their appointment and contains vital information patients will need after their Dr’s appointment. It contains local pharmacy, pathology and radiology services and we can also add the clinics Google reviews.
